About the Program
Built to Last is a 12-week Exercise Physiology program designed to help women build strength, support bone health and exercise with confidence through perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
The program is also suitable for women concerned about declining strength, osteopenia or osteoporosis, or those who want professional guidance to begin or progress resistance training safely.
The program includes:

Full 12-week program: $595
This includes the initial assessment, 12 supervised sessions, gym access during the program, individualised exercise programming and progression, final reassessment and ongoing exercise plan.

Do I need a clinical referral?
While not mandatory, many participants join with a GP referral. We can provide full documentation for Medicare or private health rebates where applicable.
