MOVE WELL. LIVE WELL. AGE WELL.
Prepare well. Recover confidently. Get back to doing what matters.
Our Prehab & Rehab Program supports people before and after hip or knee replacement surgery with Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology and structured exercise in our fully equipped New Edge Health gym.
Whether your surgery is still ahead or you are already recovering, our team can help you build strength, improve mobility and progressively return to everyday activities.
Prehab – Prepare for Surgery
Prehabilitation focuses on improving strength, mobility and confidence before your operation. Your program is tailored to your current ability and may include individual assessment, personalised exercise and supervised training.
