1. Eligibility

Geographic eligibility

Entry is open to NSW residents aged 18 years and over whose usual residential postcode is included in the following list:

2071, 2072, 2073, 2074, 2075, 2076, 2077, 2113, 2114, 2115, 2116, 2117, 2118, 2119, 2120, 2121, 2122, 2125, 2126, 2145, 2146, 2147, 2150, 2151, 2152, 2153, 2154, 2155, 2156, 2158, 2768.

Entrants must provide their correct residential postcode when completing the entry form.

Entries from outside the eligible postcodes will be deemed ineligible and excluded from the prize draw.

New Edge Health reserves the right to request reasonable proof of residential eligibility from the selected winner before awarding the prize.

  1. Employees, directors and management of New Edge Health, people directly involved in conducting the competition or determining the winner, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  2. Entry is free. No purchase, appointment, referral or gym membership is necessary.

2. Competition period

  1. The competition opens when the giveaway is published on the New Edge Health website, anticipated Tuesday 3 November 2026.

  2. Entries close at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 8 November 2026.

  3. Entries received outside the competition period will not be accepted.

3. How to enter

  1. Visit the official New Edge Health Robbie Williams giveaway page.

  2. Complete the online entry form with your name, email address, mobile number and suburb.

  3. Accept these Terms and Conditions and submit the form.

  4. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be removed.

  5. Selecting an area of interest in New Edge Health services or subscribing to marketing communications is optional and does not affect eligibility or chances of winning.

4. Prize

  1. One winner will receive two corporate catered tickets to the Robbie Williams concert at Accor Stadium, Sydney Olympic Park, on Saturday 14 November 2026.

  2. The tickets are provided as one prize for the winner and one guest.

  3. The catering arrangements, seating and event access are subject to the conditions of the tickets and the event organiser.

  4. The prize does not include transport, accommodation, parking or other expenses not expressly included in the ticket package.

  5. The prize is not redeemable for cash.

  6. The approximate retail value of the prize will be confirmed before commencement of the promotion.

5. Winner selection

  1. The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries.

  2. The draw will take place on Monday 9 November 2026 at 10:00am AEDT at New Edge Health, First Floor, 70 Castle Hill Road, West Pennant Hills NSW 2125.

  3. Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning.

  4. The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number supplied on the entry form.

6. Prize claim and delivery

  1. New Edge Health will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner following the draw.

  2. The winner must respond and accept the prize by 5:00pm AEDT on Tuesday 10 November 2026.

  3. If the prize remains unclaimed, despite reasonable contact attempts, a replacement winner may be selected through a further random draw at New Edge Health on Wednesday 11 November 2026 at 10:00am AEDT.

  4. The replacement winner will be contacted directly and advised of the applicable claim deadline.

  5. Ticket delivery or transfer arrangements will be coordinated with the confirmed winner before the concert.

  6. Tickets are subject to applicable venue, event organiser and ticket issuer conditions.

7. Privacy and marketing

  1. Personal information collected through the entry form will be used to administer the competition, verify eligibility, contact the winner and arrange prize delivery.

  2. Entry information will be handled in accordance with New Edge Health's Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

  3. Participants may optionally consent to receive news, information and promotional communications from New Edge Health.

  4. Consent to marketing is not a condition of entry and does not influence the draw.

  5. Participants who subscribe to marketing may unsubscribe from future promotional communications at any time.

8. General conditions

  1. New Edge Health may verify entries and disqualify entries that are fraudulent, duplicated or otherwise breach these Terms and Conditions.

  2. New Edge Health will conduct the competition fairly and in accordance with applicable NSW laws.

  3. Any necessary changes to the promotion will be communicated through the competition webpage, subject to applicable legal requirements.

  4. This promotion is independently conducted by New Edge Health and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, Instagram, Robbie Williams, the concert promoter or Accor Stadium.
